1. Tell Us About Your Event
It’s important that we get all the vital information. Your needs and wants together with our expert advice will help us build your event.
2. Review Proposal
We’ll send you a custom proposal outlining all the services and add-ons you’ve requested.
3. Secure Your Date
Secure your date by signing a contract and submitting your deposit. Your commitment here allows us to go full steam into the planning.
4. The Planning Process
When you’ve started planning, we encourage our clients to go through our planning sheet and fill out as much as you can. This way, it will give us an idea of what you have in mind for your event and we can help brainstorm if you need any help.
5. Event Review
Two weeks prior to the event, we will schedule a phone meeting to review the entire planning sheet and timeline. During this process, we’ll help brainstorm or help answer any questions you may have.
It's Showtime!
On the day of the event, we will be there at least two hours prior to the event start time. At this point, the CSE DJ will have each and every request materialized to perfection. Your special day is finally here, it’s time to enjoy it!
